Felipe Gonzales was born in Guadalajara, Mexico, but at the age of five, relocated to Palm Springs, California. He has been living in Waterville, Ohio since September 2022 with his wife Audrey and their children Lucas and Marco. It has allowed him to develop a deep affection and appreciation of the different seasons, which he never had the chance to experience while growing up in Southern California. However, the most remarkable aspect of the historic town is undeniably its people. The residents of Waterville are incredibly welcoming, kind, and genuine, making it a truly special place to be. Their children are enrolled in Anthony Wayne Schools, and their enthusiasm for it is unparalleled. Given the positive experiences and connections in these areas, he is eager to pursue further business expansion within these communities.
Thus far, both Waterville and Whitehouse have captured Felipe's heart. He finds great joy in a variety of hobbies, including playing golf, basketball, and engaging in sports activities with his two children. As an enthusiast of both golfing and enjoying a fine cigar, it comes as no surprise that White Pine Golf Course and Third Street Cigar have quickly become two of his cherished local establishments. Additionally, he has a passion for traveling, staying fit through regular workouts, and continuously expanding his self-awareness and personal growth. Currently, he is a proud member of the NOHCC (Northwest Ohio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce) and has a strong desire to contribute to the Northwest Ohio business community through participation in the business mentoring program. Felipe's ultimate goal is to assist young entrepreneurs in launching their businesses more efficiently, guiding them toward successful growth, and helping them avoid common pitfalls that often arise along the way.
During Felipe's early adulthood, he developed a genuine passion for studying architecture and the intricate process of home design, which naturally led him to consider a career in real estate. However, when he embarked on his own journey of purchasing his first home, he was met with overwhelming fear and frustration. It was during that challenging experience that he made a personal commitment to someday assist home buyers and sellers, ensuring their transactions are smooth and free of unnecessary hardships. Felipe genuinely cares about people's goals and aspirations. He believes in building long-lasting relationships with his clients, team members, friends, and family. One of Felipe's most valuable qualities is his open-mindedness, as he is constantly eager to acquire new knowledge and readily adapt to new circumstances.
